Xin Zhang is the founding director of Horizon Property. He is responsible providing strategic oversight on all aspects of business operations and marketing. Over all, Xin has 10 years’ experience in property development area during which time he has involved more than 8 property development projects, including The Mews Projects, Brisbane, the Waiorain Australia and 4 large scaled apartment projects in China. He is familiar with most in all areas of the business, property transaction, project development, funding, selling and settlement. Accumulated end value of these property projects is more than 300m. 

 

Xin stepped into Australia real-estate industry and worked as director for supervising several property development projects in Australia during 2016 – 2018. Xin has gained practical experience in all stages of the development process in Australia, from initial project feasibility work, through construction and property transaction. From the experience of working on several small – medium projects in Melbourne and Brisbane, he is confident to take on new challenge in the Melbourne market. 

 

Through exceptional marketing sense gained from the past projects, Parkenham Rise (address: 180 Parkenham Road) created a miraculous sales record of 30% sold in the first month of launch. He is aiming at 70% sales before Parkenham land settlement date. 

Davids holds double master degrees in Economics and Electrical Technology. He has worked as Economic Analyst and then Venture Capital Manager forZhishenglianfa (Stockcode 830819)during 2010 - 2015. He had involved with a number of significant investments in telecommunication technology industry and as VP in charge of investment for start-up companies in telecommunication technology fields. He successfully gained funds investment for his clients from some of China’s most well-known funds group such as Alibaba and led them complete the round B and round C investment and then listing in China’s stock-exchange market.

 

David has been attracted to Australia’s lifestyle and decided to migrant to Australia in2015. David then worked for real-estate agent (OZ Han Group) asChina Market Relationship Manager and helped the group formed many marketing and selling channels to Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing, utilizing his business connections in China market. During 2015 - 2016, he helped the group and sold over 300 apartments from the channel he developed and achieve AUD$18,000,000 in total sales revenue. 

 

Through 3 years working experience of in the real-estate industry, David gained significant understanding of Australia’s housing industry especially after experienced the significant decline in Melbourne and Sydney’s apartment market after 2016.

 

He formed his own philosophy of development – providing housing products which cultivates the living needs of real-people has the best vitality. Held such vision, he joint Xin and created ‘Parkenham Rise’. With continuous growth of population and affordability in question, he believes that Parkenham Rise provides the practical solution for home makers in the market.
